ACTIVITY 4 -Multiple perspective

In todays activity we were introduced to words like stakeholders and stakeholder mapping

all of us were asked of what we think of the word stakeholders and there were several examples given by all of us like people getting affected directly or indirectly are called as stake holders, stakeholders are those people, groups to individuals who are involved in a transaction of some kind and are affected directly or indirectly by it

WARM UP

During the warm up we were shown different pictures and we had to point out the different types of stakeholders like direct, indirect or others

MAIN ACTIVITY:

In the main activity we were divided into groups and we were given a picture where we had to list down all the main stake holders the indirect stakeholders and the other category, after that each on of us had to choose a point and had to ask a question and then write at least two solutions for it. From the beginning itself my group was very much clear of what had to done firstly we brainstormed all the stakeholder and then divided them according the their type.

REFLECTION

1. at the end we were clear with the definition of the the word stakeholder and stakeholder mapping

2. this topic was actually new to me and I learnt a lot during the whole assignment

3. group coordination today amongst the members was so smooth especially the brainstorming part that was mostly because all of us were active participants and were clear with the brief

4. stakeholder mapping is the visual process of laying out all the stakeholders
